Our next post will deal with how the Note Holders and their Servicing Agents are at the core of the loan modification fiasco in the context of the utter failure of these "folks" to get  loan modifications completed in much larger numbers and in far less time! What is even worse is that NO ONE is  even trying to hold them accountable.
